It's time for the Turkey Trot Friday 5k, 10k, 15k, or Half Marathon on Friday 11/29/24!
This is on Friday 11/29, NOT on Thanksgiving day.
This is an open course. Please be courteous to other pedestrians, runners, and cyclists on the beach path.
Thanksgiving Quad special -- register for the first three days 11/28, 11/29, 11/30, and the 4th day is free! Email abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for information about Thanksgiving Quad - 4 races in 4 days
Course map: The course is super easy to follow. It will consist of counter clockwise loops around the beach path that will be marked.
5k (1 loop), 10k (2 loops), 15k (3 loops) with an aid station at every loop:

Participants are not allowed to run with dogs. Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for early start.
This is a small informal event. Everyone will get a finishers medal as well as a goodie bag. To keep costs low we do not offer any special awards or t-shirts. This is not your normal large festival like race. We are a low key race that emphasizes a more personal satisfaction to racing. Thank you and look forward to seeing you out there!

Parking - Meters on the street are free until 9AM. After 9AM, you are responsible to pay for the parking meter with quarters, or credit cards. ** There is street sweeping from 7-9AM. Please check the signs on the meters to indicate where there is no parking on from 7-9AM. The beach parking lot has an all day flat fee that can be paid through machine, or when the booth is open. The price varies from $8-12 depending on the season.
