Grand Prix Rules --

- All ABWR races are included in the Grand Prix competition

- Age at the end of the year is current age group (for example, if you are 49 in 2025 and will be 50 by the end of 2025 you will be placed into the 50-59 age group)

- 10 year age groups 

- Awards in March-April 2026 for 2025 winners, emails will be sent Feb/March

- Updated as of January 2026 age group points for 2026 --

• 5 for 1st place

• 4 for 2nd place

• 3 for 3rd place

• 2 for 4th place

• 1 for 5th place

- Participation points -- 

• 1  for all distances
